Substratų nepertraukiamo dozavimo įrenginys bioprocesų programiniam valdymui
Projekto aprašymas
Šio projekto tikslas – galutinai parengti komercializavimui SUBSTRATŲ NEPERTRAUKIAMO DOZAVIMO ĮRENGINĮ BIOPROCESŲ PROGRAMINIAM VALDYMUI. Šis įrenginys skirtas tiksliai ir pastoviai tiekti pamaitinimo tirpalą į bioreaktorių kultivuojant rekombinantinių baltymų kultūrą. Įrenginys susideda iš keturių pagrindinių komponentų: siurblio, svarstyklių, dujų mišinio analizatoriaus ir valdymo programos. Įrenginys tenkina esminį poreikį: siekti kokybiško biomasės auginimo įvertinant tiek pačios biomasės kokybę tiek greitį.
Projekto finansavimas
ES struktūrinių fondų projektas, finansuojamas Europos regioninės plėtros fondo lėšomis pagal 2014–2020 metų Europos Sąjungos fondų investicijų veiksmų programos priemonę Nr. 01.2.2-MITA-K-702 „MTEP rezultatų komercinimo ir tarptautiškumo skatinimas”.
Projekto rezultatai
Pilnai parengta ir potencialių vartotojų išbandyta bandomoji rinkai skirto įrenginio partija. Atliktas sukurto naujo produkto įvertinimas.

Substrate Continuous Dosing Device for Open-Loop Control of Bioprocess
Description
This project aims to finish the preparation of SUBSTRATES CONTINUOUS DOSING DEVICE for the OPEN-LOOP CONTROL of BIOPROCESS during commercialization. This device is designed to feed and continuously supply the feed solution to the bio culture while cultivating a culture of recombinant proteins. The device consists of four main components: a peristaltic pump, scales, a gas mixture analyzer, and a control program. The system meets the essential need: to achieve a high-quality biomass assessment, both in terms of its quality and growth rate.

EU Structural Funds project financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Measure No. of the European Union Funds Investment Operational Program 2014–2020 01.2.2-MITA-K-702 “Promotion of Commercialization and Internationalization of R&D results”.
Results
The pilot batch of the device for the market has been fully developed and tested by potential users. An evaluation of the newly developed product has been performed.
